Web surveys are conducted using the web and requires us to know the respondents emails. We will then send each respondent a unique email with a unique link. When clicking on this link a personal survey will automatically open and the respondent can start filling it out! Even if users do not finish they can return to the link later and when clicking on the link they will be directed to the last question they answered during the last session. Web surveys are thus not less efficient in countries with slow or unstable internet.
We can constantly monitor how far the respondents are in answering the questionnaire and send out mails to remind users to finalize what they started.
Due to the limited number of people in Vietnam using and answering emails on a regular basis, Catglobe Vietnam do not offer to conduct market surveys and opinion polls using this method.
This survey type is although the cheapest and quickest way to make surveys where we know the respondent sample all use emails regularly.
