Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) is a telephone surveying technique in which the interviewer follows a script provided by the Catglobe software application. The software is able to customize the flow of the questionnaire based on the answers provided, as well as information already known about the participant.
Clients can choose to send us the sample of users they want interviewed by phone or Catglobe can build a representative sample based on the client’s requirements. We will then import this sample to the Catglobe CATI module and our interviewers can immediately start calling sample respondents.
When carrying out CATI surveys there are several factors that can influence the final results. If we generally get hold of respondents with a certain background, if we are calling during certain hours of the day, when some types of respondents are more accessible than others, or if certain demographic groups are underrepresented. The unique Catglobe system ensures that quotas of users are constantly monitored as to increase or decrease the order of which segments of respondents are being called by the interviewers. The recall logics are also structured to ensure optimal efficiency in the call process, giving us a cost advantage to our competitors which result in advantageous price/quality offers to our end clients!
We choose our interviewers based on their voices and personalities, ensuring a high rate of success when contacting people. The system allows us to dedicate interviewers to specific sub segments to ensure that e.g. people in different parts of Vietnam are contacted by interviewers speaking an appropriate dialect!
