Getting the right respondents may sometimes be the most difficult task in research. Often the sample we need would be ‘people who shop at ABC regularly’. This may constitute a very small group of people and randomly calling using CATI may take a long time. The solution to this can be to send our interviewers to the location where the sample respondents are most likely found, like outside the ‘ABC shop’. This will ensure a higher success rate in obtaining the needed quotas for a survey.
Hall tests are carried out with laptops into which the respondents’ answers are immediately inserted. The laptop is then connected to the internet and the results are automatically transferred to the main server. When all results are gathered here Catglobe will make the final report for you.
